Lender’s First utilizes Resware for our title software which can be fully integrated with your software to allow you to seamlessly request fee quotes and place title orders without leaving the software you are used to working in. Resware allows for full transparency on each and every transaction, from order entry to completion of the title policy, clients will have full access to the status of their file, all of the documents, and all of the correspondence on the file.

Encompass Integration

Lender’s First is now fully integrated with EllieMae’s Encompass loan origination software. Roughly 35% of mortgage applications in the United States are processed through EllieMae. The Lender’s First/EllieMae integration allows Encompass users to order title with Lender’s First directly within the software. Users can also import Lender’s First’s title fees in just a few clicks.
